Dear Friend
I had the pleasure of meeting Joan about 30 years ago. I am thankful to Joan, her family and God for this meeting. I worked with her daughter Pat and we became friends quickly. Knowing Joan and her family you knew what a special woman she was. So gentle, caring and a wonderful smile. She always made you feel welcome, whether you just met or you grew up with her! I guess the word Beautiful encompasses Joan's faith, love, trust and warmth. I am sure that others who have met Joan are truly blessed and thankful to have shared in her life.
She would always have kind words, would always make you feel you belong, she never judge you! I love to listen to her talk about her growing up and the close knit family she had and continue to have with her children.
She will be sadly missed, but will remain in my heart, along with the memories she has allowed me to make with her and her family. Rest in Peace Joan! Love Dolores
